I’ve actually been having fun trying all the Cirkul flavors because there are way more than I thought there’d be. Some of them are really good, and I was going to say I’d probably like most of them, but a few taste a little too fake or overly sweet for me. It’s still fun switching them up, I just wish the flavors were a bit more consistent.

My order showed up on time, and most of it was what I asked for. One of the flavors was wrong, though, which was a little annoying since that was kind of the one I was looking forward to. Maybe there was a reason or I missed something, I’m not sure. It wasn’t a big enough issue to make a whole thing out of, and I’ll probably order again, but hopefully they double-check next time.

Got my Cirkul bottle a while ago, the build feels better than I expected. Doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap at all, and the lid still snaps on tight with no weird leaking.
Dropped it on the floor a couple times already, and it only picked up a tiny mark. Happy with it overall. Feels like it’s going to hold up for a while

I really liked the idea of bringing my Cirkul bottle with me to work or on walks, and overall the concept is solid. That said, it ended up being a little bulkier than I expected in my bag, and it doesn’t fit very well in my car’s cup holder, which is frustrating when I’m trying to use it throughout the day.
I also feel like I have to be extra careful making sure the lid is tightened just right, because otherwise I start worrying about possible leaks. It works perfectly fine when I’m using it at home, but as an everyday carry bottle, it just hasn’t been the most practical choice for me

The taste is totally fine and I didn’t have any issues using it at first. But this is where it got annoying: cleaning it made me start worrying about mold building up in the little hard-to-reach spots. I’m still using it, but I wish it were easier to clean thoroughly.

I’m happy with this. The refills last me a good while, and I feel better knowing I’m not constantly spending money on random drinks here and there. It just feels like one of those small purchases that makes sense and doesn’t leave me regretting it.

I mostly paid attention to the taste, and I really liked it. It has a great flavor without being too sweet, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

I like the idea of the bottle overall, and it’s not bad, but the water flow feels weak sometimes. I find myself having to sip harder than I thought I would, especially when I turn the flavor dial up. That thing makes it a little annoying for everyday use, but it’s not a dealbreaker

I actually really liked this bottle when I first got it and was using it pretty much every day. Anyway... after a few months, the lid started leaking and the plastic was already looking worn down. The flavor cartridges are still fine, so no complaints there, but the bottle itself just doesn’t feel very durable. For what it costs, I expected it to hold up better. Disappointed.

I ordered from drinkcirkul.com figuring it might take a bit, like most online orders do, but it actually got here fast. The tracking worked the way it should, and the package arrived in good shape with no drama. that’s all I really ask for when ordering online, ship it out, keep me updated, and don’t have it show up damaged. No complaints from me, and I’d order again.

Well... I really like that I can manage my Cirkul subscription on my own without having to call anyone. I skipped a month when I had too many cartridges stocked up, and it went through with no issues. The site is straightforward too, with no weird hoops to jump through, which makes keeping up with everything a lot less annoying.

I picked up Cirkul mainly because I was so tired of dragging home those big packs of plastic water bottles every week, especially when I’d forget them in the trunk with the dog treats and grocery bags. I do still wish the flavor cartridges were easier to recycle, so it’s not totally perfect on the waste side. But overall, I’m definitely throwing away a lot less plastic than before. The bottle is easy to take with me, and for whatever reason, having it around makes me actually drink tap water more instead of reaching for bottled stuff. Not a flawless solution, but it’s been a big improvement for me.

I had to return an order from Cirkul, and overall the process was okay. It wasn’t a nightmare or anything, but it also wasn’t as smooth as I expected. Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciated, but there were a few days between replies, so it felt like the whole thing dragged on. The refund did eventually come through, just later than I thought it would. I still think the products themselves are decent, but the return and refund process could definitely be explained better. I’m giving it 3 stars because it worked out in the end, but I felt a little frustrated and disappointed by how long it took.

I ran into a weird billing problem where I got charged twice, and I was irritated at first. I noticed it while checking my bank app during lunch, which I usually only do because I’m bad about forgetting what subscriptions or random purchases I’ve made.
I reached out to Cirkul support expecting it to take a while, but they replied faster than I thought they would. They explained what happened clearly and refunded the extra charge without making me jump through a bunch of hoops.
Things like this happen, so I’m not going to act like it ruined my whole week or anything. The support experience was solid, and I still really like the bottles and flavors, so I’m happy giving them 5 stars.

I’ve tossed it around in my bag all day, and it sorta just does its job, hasn’t leaked once.

The packaging showed up in great shape, which feels like a small miracle these days. The box was neat, nothing was crushed, and everything inside was totally undamaged

I really like how easy it is to turn the flavor up or down depending on what I’m in the mood for. It tastes just right, and if it ever feels too strong, that’s totally preventable with a quick adjustment.

I’ve been using my Cirkul bottle for a bit now, usually at my desk or in the car, and it’s been easy to keep clean. I just rinse the bottle and lid at the end of the day, usually while I’m waiting for the kettle or feeding the dog, and then I do a warm soapy wash a few times a week.

The sip part hasn’t gotten gross or weird, but I do think the trick is not letting it sit forever. I take the pieces apart and let everything air dry on a dish towel by the sink, next to all the random coffee mugs that never seem to get put away.

So far there are no funky smells, no slimy feeling, and no annoying maintenance routine. It’s one of those things that stays easy if you just stay on top of it a little. Definitely 5 stars from me.
